THE BENEFITS OF SINGING

Singing is a calming activity that builds self-esteem.

By finding their way, each singer asserts themselves and dares to express themselves with a strong and powerful voice.

We like to sing in the shower, in the car, solo or in public...

Singing is a great way to communicate emotions, whether happy or sad.

Moreover, if karaoke was invented in Japan, it is no coincidence!

In a society that encourages restraint, where showing off your emotions is not appropriate, taking a microphone and singing well-known tunes in the evening in front of an audience with indulgent ears is a great outlet.

Why has music played such an important role during the Covid-19 crisis?

As the wave of Covid-19 swept through Europe, music became a new form of resistance to the stress and worries of thousands of confined people.

Music is a determining social binder in the evolution of our species. When one is in distress, this relationship with the other becomes vital.

“Making music with others gets our brains in sync. This synchronization changes the social relationship, the empathy we have with the other, the person seems much more sympathetic to us and we enter into a collaborative relationship.

This relationship of attachment to the other in times of crisis gives us confidence..."

So let's sing together to be stronger!...
